The Villas
The Villas student housing offers Black Hawk College students four-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments right across the street from the classroom buildings.
Apartments at The Villas at Black Hawk College are available to full-time and part-time BHC students as well as college employees and academic interns/clinical program enrollees.

East Campus
East Campus student housing is available at Prairie Pointe Apartments. There are four-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments right on campus.
Students may lease an apartment at Prairie Pointe Apartments, LLC only if they are enrolled as full-time students for 12 or more semester hours during the fall and spring semesters or six semester hours in the summer. Verification of enrollment at Black Hawk College is required.

Campus Safety
Black Hawk College is a wonderful place to receive an education. We have a committed and dedicated staff that cares deeply for the safety and protection of our students, faculty and staff. Campus officers are proactive in community-policing efforts. Campus Police officers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our officers regularly meet with students and staff to identify needs or concerns.
Campus crime statistics associated with the federal government’s student-right-to-know laws can be found in the Annual Security and Fire Safety Report. All statistics are reported annually to the federal government and are published for the review of our community.
